Honey Bran Muffins

My kids don't like raisins, so I switch them to pineapple chunks. It makes the muffins a little sweeter but no one seems to mind. :)

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup

Reviewed on Nov. 5, 2007 by Shrike
Very good! I used a drained can of Original Rotel for the diced tomatoes, small jar of On the Border hot sauce, I didn't have any chili powder so that became a pack of taco seasoning, and boxed chicken broth. Just a hint of heat to make nose run. Had to have heat for here in Texas. I call it mild. Sounds weird but served over spaghetti noodles. Most excellent.

Becky's Chicken Salad

Reviewed on Oct. 21, 2007 by Lanessa
I liked it. I am thinking I wasn't too happy with my chicken, wish I would have just used precooked cubes- I had used some leftover chicken (white and dark) from another recipe. I needed maybe an apple. It wasnt as sweet as I was thinking it would be. I did use 1/2 yogurt and 1/2 mayo. Thanks!
