My family loved this recipe. It will definetly be going into our meal rotation! The only thing I did differently was grill the onions and it was delicious!

Well, overall, the recipe sure has potential. I found a couple things wrong with it. There were WAY too many chips. And, the 20 minute cook time was a little too long. But, with a few tweaks, I think it could be really good.

Lemon-Orange Orange Roughy

This recipe was absolutely phenomenal! It was easily made, and was quite quick. I followed the recipe here exactly, continually spooning the lemon-orange juice-lemon pepper mixture in the skillet back over the fish as it cooked, and had just enough juice left over. Thanks for the fabulous recipe!

Chili Dog Casserole II

I always kinda wanted to try the chili dog casserole with the buns but I knew my DH wouldn't like soggy bread, so when I saw this I thought we eat soft tortillas in a lot of things and tried it. Personally I loved it! I added some mustard to the top of mine but it really didn't need it, I didn't have any shredded cheese so I used sliced cheesed still tasted great the DH gave this a thumbs up, I halved the recipe for the 2 of us. please note I used turkey chili and lowfat hot dogs, tasted full fat and very satisfying for some reason I thought it was more filling than regular chili dogs. Thanks for the awesome recipe

A Firefighter's Meatloaf

This was good, but it's not like a traditional meat loaf. It has no ketchup or eggs in it! I only gave it 4 stars because my husband didn't really care for it; he said he'd rather have "regular" meat loaf. But I thought it was good!

Chocolate Sheet Cake III

I made this cake for my Mom's birthday. She really loved it, as did everyone else. One review said that it was better the second day, but I disagreed. It was still good the second day, but the frosting started to soak through the cake, and the cake itself got a bit "soggy". But the overall flavor was very good.

Salisbury Steak

I found this exact recipe over 3 years ago and have loved it every since. I've made it for friends and family and they all want the recipe. I usually double up on the 'sauce' because it's good on mashed potatoes!! Very simple!

Blueberry Salad

Easy Italian Sausage Lasagna

This lasagna is DE-Licious! It was so good with the sausage instead of plain, ole' hamburger meat. Aunt Becky liked it so much she asked me for the recipe. And, it's a nice and simple lasagna...not a lot of crazy ingredients.
