Had a dish I needed to return to a friend and I thought this sounded good, I chopped up some apple to put in the topping mixture as someone else suggested. My friend called that night and said she was already washing the pan because it was so good they ate it all. A whole cake in one day..

Chiles Rellenos Pie

I went to a farmers market and saw the peppers and remembered seeing this recipe, and it was wonderful! I used a rotisserie chicken from the store and it worked great! Good one dish meal, just sliced some avacodos to eat with it, husband ate almost half the dish just for dinner!

Easy Mushroom Rice

Double Chocolate Pie

Almost the whole pie was eaten on thanksgiving day! I only had semisweet chocolate squares, and I don't know enough about chocolate pies so i added an extra half square but i don't think it needed it. I have never made chocolate pie before but this will probably be the only recipe i ever use.

Thanksgiving Sweet Potatoes

This recipe was wonderful! I didn't have enough cinnamon so I used half white and half brown sugar to make up for the flavor and it worked great! Would use this everytime I cooked them, but will save this as a special Thanksgiving treat!

Slow Cooker Chicken Cordon Bleu

This recipe wasn't as bad as some make it out to be. The only thing is the recipe doesn't say what to do with the butter. I poured it on top and it was fine. Some are right though, it doesn't look appealing, and the chicken still looks pink (it's cooked though)...

Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion

I didn't care for this recipe. The porkchops tasted good, but I didn't care for how the potatoes and onions turned out. If you like French Onion Soup, you will like this recipe.

Tomato Juice Spaghetti Sauce

Chocolate Earthquake Cake II

This is an "ugly" cake but the taste more than makes up for its looks. I usually make mine with scratch chocolate cake but it is wonderful with the box mix too. Great recipe!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

I found this recipe to try with my new rotisserie. It came out wonderful. I only had time to marinate it for 2 hours and it tastes great. Next time I will do it the night before and I am sure it will be better. The recipe makes enough for two chickens, but I only had one. I took out part of the rub mixed it with a little oil and poured it over cut up potatoes and roasted them.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Italian Creme Layer Cake
