Creamy Hot Cocoa

I just have to say that this is yummy. I only made one change, and that was to skip the half and half, only because I didn't have any. Next time I make it, I will be sure to have some on hand.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
This was very easy to make, and very tasty. Even my picky 2 yr old and 5 yr old ate it up! The only cheese I could find was the Philly Cracker Spreads. It worked wonderful and will be trying the different varieties next time.

Louisiana Crab Dip

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2008
I made this for my company christmas party and they liked it, but i had to and more crab to make it taste like it had crab in it and added lemon pepper, gralic and mayo to thin it out a bit because it was to thick to dip on a craker. After all that it was good.

Greek Chicken Wrap

Was good, but not my cup of tea. The ingredients were an overkill for me and I could barely taste the chicken. I probably won't be making this again.

Frosted Cranberries

Delicious and ignore the ignorant remark about the eggs. Only if prepared improperly is there ever a chance of salmonella. It is a safe bet that if the person telling you about something can't even spell it they have no clue what they are speaking of.

Bulgogi (Korean Barbecued Beef)

Reviewed: Oct. 15, 2008
This recipe was about 99% the same as my mother's bulgogi. It was delicious and very easy to make. I'm 1/2 Korean and was raised eating authentic Korean food from my mother so I have a picky taste for authentic vs. others. Me and my wife loved this and will definitely be making it again.

Taco Salad III

Very good although I'm new to this site and didn't know that you could adjust the serving size. I made this for me and my wife last night and it made a LOT of salad before I realized it was 8 servings. Otherwise, very filling and doesn't leave you feeling "fat". I had 2 helpings :)

Spaghetti with Garlic and Basil

Reviewed: May 2, 2008
I just finished this and sat down to a plate of it with a little salad and frankly couldn't finish without reviewing it. This is one of the best dishes I have prepared and I will definitely be keeping this recipe on hand. I am a single person and it makes enough for me to keep on hand for a few days. The flavor is fabulous and it was quick, easy, and cheap. I added a bit of red pepper flackes while I was melting the butter and also threw everything else in and let it simmer to really release the flavor and then tossed it all together, it came out quite nice.
