I was looking into why mayonnaise? IT was cheaper then buying eggs in the 50"s. IT was so easy i used salad dressing it was tangy but realy great. THIS recipe is old school and a must keep in our cook book. nice to see back to basic and this is it.

Garlic Cheese Chicken Rollups

Reviewed on Mar. 31, 2009 by FerFerC
This was very easy to make, and very tasty. Even my picky 2 yr old and 5 yr old ate it up! The only cheese I could find was the Philly Cracker Spreads. It worked wonderful and will be trying the different varieties next time.

Louisiana Crab Dip

Reviewed on Dec. 17, 2008 by Chef Beaker
I made this for my company christmas party and they liked it, but i had to and more crab to make it taste like it had crab in it and added lemon pepper, gralic and mayo to thin it out a bit because it was to thick to dip on a craker. After all that it was good.
