Ali's Greek Tortellini Salad

I also added black olives and chilled a bit after I added the baby spinach, feta, and onion. Great variation on a recipe we've used at home for years.

Classic Macaroni Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 10, 2008
I needed a quick pasta salad to bring to a cookout we were going to this weekend, so I picked this one. I was tempted to cut back on the sugar as others had advised, but didn't because alot of other people said it was perfect. I guess this is just a matter of taste, because we all thought it was just waaayyy to sweet. I will try it again cutting back on the sugar, because the rest of the salad was good.

Squash Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Aug. 6, 2008
After reading the reviews for this, I tried to streamline some of the prepping, as well as eliminate some of the "blandness," so around lunch time I diced all the veggies, put them in a tupperware bowl and added a little bit of Italian dressing, tossed it all together and put it in the fridge. I used less onion and more squash than was called for, just because I'm not that big of a fan of onion. I also took the advice of one of the previous reviewers and cut the chicken before fully thawed. My family liked it, and I will definately be making again, even if it is a little time consuming. :D

Mmmmm! We very much enjoyed this. I used turkey pepperoni, and brushed the top of the bread w/ a little olive oil, and then grated some parm. cheese on top. Quick & easy.

This recipe might have been better if it weren't for the onion, maybe just a touch of onion salt or powder instead.

A Southern Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2008
The breading was really good, but the directions were very poor. Cooking until golden brown on both sides does not get the inside of the chicken near the bones cooked at all and for someone who's new at cooking (like me) those instructions were very misleading. Even using boneless chicken, the inside still wasn't cooked thoroughly.
