Baked Pork Chops I

Very scrumptious and hearty. Husband loved it. I had ALMOST everything in the kitchen to make it(just missing white wine but a quick trip to the store resolved this) I did READ AHEAD and doubled up the sauce and VERY GLAD i did cause we were needing more for the potatoes i made for them. I cooked for 25/25 and it was very tender I cant imagine cooking for an HOUR and a HALF! Will cook again!!!!!

Red Pepper-Salmon Pasta

This was wonderful. Let me just say to please add the stated amount of cilantro. I love cilantro so I thought more = better. Not so...the taste was overpowering. Next time I will go easy on it. Loved the recipe. Thank-you!

Grilled Marinated Shrimp

WELL DONE!!! This marinade makes the best shrimp! I doubled the recipe...we were making 4lbs. of shrimp. I bought jumbo frozen shrimp, they were butterflyed for the grill. Marinated for about 3 hrs. Perfection. I did add a tad of cayenne, cuz we like it hot. Really, just thanks so much for this outstanding marinade. We just ate, and my whole house is happy!

Salmon Patties I

Great recipe! I made a few changes, using 1/4 cup bread crumbs and 1/4 cup self-rising flour, then lightly dredged them in flour before browning. Also added garlic salt & chives to the mix as well. The kids loved them, too! Thanks :)

Sage Sausage Bread

Very good! I used 1lb. of "hot" sausage instead, cuz I couldn't find the sage. It was a little dry, kinda crumbly, so next time I will add a little more milk. The taste was very good, and we all enjoyed it!

Mexican Bean and Squash Soup

Very good base. I used veggie broth to make it vegetarian I used garbanzo beans, and added a can of black beans because it looked like it needed more substance. I didn't use sour cream or tortilla chips, though. Half of one squash made the two cups needed, but next time I'll put the whole squash in. It was a very tasty, healthy meal.

Lap Salad

Such a wonderful salad! We couldn't wait overnight, so just ate it right away. I used splenda instead of regular sugar, and as others suggested, rice wine vinegar, and a splash of sesame oil. Thanks, will make often!
