Rice with Lemon and Spinach

This dish was okay, but kind of boring. I had to use a ton of feta to get some flavor. Then I added some Frank's Red Hot sauce and it was great!

Classic Red Beans N Rice

This is a bland recipe, I tried adding more seasonings and hot sauce to give it some life, but I'm still stuck with a big pot of bland beans and rice in my fridge. Not at all like my friends in NOLA make...maybe I should get their recipe.

Whisky Tea

Delicious. I had half a bottle of Bushmills on hand that I've had about a year, but once I found this recipe the bottle was gone in a little over a week. The recipe doesn't specify, but I'd suggest using a dark tea. I love tea and tried a few varieties and favored the Bushmills and spiced chai combo. Great find.
