I really enjoyed this recipe! I followed another reviewer's advice to use Tupperware to toss and coat the rings in the flour, batter, and the bread crumbs so there is less mess. Thank you so much for a wonderful recipe. I made this for my boyfriend and his roomates and it was a HIT! They said they were the best onion rings, ever. Also, since my boyfriend is severely allergic to dairy, I used ricemilk instead of the cow milk and it worked great. These were the FIRST onion rings he had ever had since most restaurants use diary in their recipies ...again, I cannot thank you enough!
