Houston, Texas

Named after General Sam Houston, Houston is the largest city in the state of Texas. Other factoids also put the city at the top of the heap: it’s the 4th largest city in the US; the theater district has the second largest number of theater seats in a downtown area; it’s home to the largest medical center in the world—and the city’s temperature really gets up there too. Houstonians take refuge in the 11,000 air-conditioned restaurants, eating out more than any other city’s residents—and for good reason. Houston’s Tex-Mex is about as good as it gets, and there’s a reason people can’t stop talking about Texas BBQ.

Orange Pull Aparts

I am only taking off a star because of the recipe needing 1/4 more flour, but other than that I would give this recipe 10 stars. The flavor is amazing. I could have eaten the entire thing last night even after eater dinner. A total hit in my home. I only altered rolling it in brown sugar verses white, and I also used more brown sugar that the recipe states!!

The cheese flavor really comes through. Mmmmm. I added yellow squash because I had some I needed to use. It fit in perfectly. I also crushed ritz crackers on top like MTFBWY, since that sounded yummy. It was.
