Soft Sugar Cookies IV

I've never made sugar cookies before... and this one was the best ever.. I made these for my daughter (I generally don't like sugar cookies)-- but I'm busy eating them away! I actually took the recipe and cut it in half-- so if you don't want to make 8 million cookies... change the servings to 12 and it turns out delicious!
