Chicken Pot Pie IX

My family really liked this potpie. This was the very first one I have ever made! I think I will add some diced potato to the mixture next time. Very good, will make again!

Eggplant Parmesan II

My mom said this was the best eggplant parm she has ever eaten! I followed the recipe with the exception of sauted kale. I added it more to boost the nutritional value than for taste. This recipe is a definite keeper!

Easy Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

WONDERFUL!! This is such a great AND EASY recipe!! The only problem I had was, I didn't make enough! LOL! Thanks for sharing, will deffinatly make again and again
