About me:
 I am 20 years old, about to turn 21 and am involved in a serious relationship. We plan to get married one day and eventually move in together, but before anything happens I want to be sure I will know how to cook for my future husband. We have been together for nearly 3 years now and I would hate not to be able to be the wife I strive to someday be. So, I am here to try and achieve somewhat of a cooking ability before I decide to provide for myself someday soon.

Watermelon Fire and Ice Salsa

quite good. I used red onion instead of green, and added mango for fun. I even tricked my brother - he thought it was tomato salsa.

Georgia Peach Homemade Ice Cream

Mmmm this was great and easy, thanks! I made it a nice light peach color by adding 2 drops red and 6 drops yellow food coloring before freezing.

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Used half and half, and instead of chocolate I added some Oreos cut into fourths. Trust me, you want to use Oreos!
