My friends call me crazy and my family calls me wierd but overall i'm very humorous. I'm totally random and love to bring people out of the blues. The reason my display name if pastrynazi instead of Vanessa (which is my name btw) is because when I fall into the world of Pastry, everything has to be perfect. When it comes to creating pastries (works of art) i have little tolerance for mistakes and those who haven't a clue what they're to be doing. I speculate on everything, to me there is no such thing as discrimintion...friend, foe, stranger. If your in my kitchen i will watch what you do like a hawk and make sure one way or another that everything is perfect. I don't even think i have a sense of relationship in the kitchen. Just...a blind passion for what i do.

Speedy Cinnamon Rolls

I made this with French loaf breaf from the Refrigerated section and they came out adorable. The kids loved watching me make this and were amazed at how cute they came out.
