Balsamic Mushrooms

I loved this recipe, however I had red wine on hand so I used that instead of the white wine. I put them ove a grilled chicken breast and loved it.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

These were great. I liked the fact that it is more of a hint of flavorings than a WHAM! here's your mustard and honey. I made stuffed bell peppers and served this on the side, everyone really enjoyed them. Thanks!

I used boneless pork chops that were on sale, cut them up and marinated. With the prices at the grocery store pork loin was out of the question! Pork chops did beautifully. Great recipe, everyone raved on and on.
