Add some Equal or Splenda to this recipe, so it won't taste so bitter.

Whole Wheat Honey Bread

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2007
This is an excellent recipe!!! Surprisingly light and airy. I will be making this one a lot. I did get confused about the 1/8cup part. I don't have that measuring cup, after google i learned that 1/8cup is 2 tbs. as suggested by others I substituted 1/2 c white for whole wheat, used white bread setting, and baked it in the oven instead of the machine. When it came out of the oven i brushed it with butter. I also added the following: 1 tbs vital wheat gluten 3 tablespoons lightly toasted flax seed 4 teaspoons lightly toasted sesame seeds 2 teaspoons poppy seeds 2 tbs wheat germ 5 tsp lightly toasted sunflower seeds add a little extra(1 1/2 tbs) water to compensate. I will add more sunflower seeds next time and add 1 tbs xtra water instead of 1 1/2 the result was a sweet, nutty, wonderful bread that i feel good about eating for all it's healthy ingredients!

Whole Wheat Pancakes

Reviewed: Sep. 3, 2007
This is great. As others suggested, I used oats instead of wheat germ and used skim milk instead of buttermilk. Only used 2 cups though and it still seemed a little runny...I added a teaspoon of white sugar and added raisins while cooking. Very good, will use this again! Thanks for sharing.

Ok...This is what I did....I forgot the shortening...HAHAHA...But that was ALRIGHT..This bread came out so good. I think i might have added a liitle bit more banana...But hey this was the most moist bread. I have made it 4 times now without the shotening and wrap my loaves in foil and they keep for days...Just as moist as ever....Thanks so much.

Dinah's Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Aug. 8, 2007
I had high hopes for this, but it did not meet my expectations. I let it sit in the fridge for 24 hrs so the tastes would meld, but it didn't help. I only used about 1/3 the butter and I still thought my arteries were going to burst. I used the juice from the clams like suggested. However, the taste of the Italian Seasoning is WAAAAAY overwhelming. You could easily use half. Lemon Juice squeezed on top does help a bit, but man, cut down on the Italian Seasoning! I would not make this again without some adjustments.

I tried these as a new cookie recipe for a change, and now they are everybodies favorite cookie. I did add a teaspoon of almond instead of vanilla. These are my most requested when someone wants cookies, and at the holidays. Thanks for a great cookie recipe.

Awesome Sausage, Apple and Cranberry Stuffing

I am southern born and bred, so cornbread dressing is a must at thanksgiving, but we were stuck at home and not being able to see family, so I branched out and tried something new. It was wonderful!!!! Loved it!!!! The only reason I gave just four stars is it still wasn't cornbread stuffing.
