Habanero Hellfire Chili

It was a little too spicy for my own comfort. I didn't even use all of the peppers in the recipe. Nor did I use the bacon. However, with a little bit of adjustments, I think this could be a good recipe.

Louisiana Crab Dip

I made this for my company christmas party and they liked it, but i had to and more crab to make it taste like it had crab in it and added lemon pepper, gralic and mayo to thin it out a bit because it was to thick to dip on a craker. After all that it was good.

Bulgogi (Korean BBQ)

I used pork for this and it was still really good. I also added green bell pepper and 1 tsp. chile garlic sauce. However, when I was cooking it, the pork got really tough and chewy. Maybe I will cook it for a shorter time if I make it again.

Whole Grain Waffles

These are so wonderful! I have been making them for a few months now and my family loves them. When I don't have flax seed on hand I use oatmeal, or I split it half and half. Also I like to double the recipe and freeze some for mornings we have to get out of the house fast. Healthier than a toaster pastry!

Clone of a Cinnabon

It was good, but nothing to go gaga over. I don't have a breadmaker so I followed the suggestions given to make it without. This was also my first experience using yeast. Everything went well and they baked up beautifully. I also inverted the pan shortly after coming out of the oven. I didn't use the icing recipe given. I just made a confectioner sugar glaze and drizzled it over the top. I'm glad I did. The rolls were sweet enough on their own without the icing suggested. I will keep this recipe and probably make it occasionally, but I will also keep looking for that WOW recipe.
