Cream Cheese Pound Cake III

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2009
Yummy! This is a super good pound cake. It has that crunchy sugary crust on the edges and moist dense center. Perfect. I used my wisk attachment on my kitchen-aid to really whip it up.

I have used this recipe for a couple of years. You can't go wrong with it. I have used pecan, walnuts, almonds..you name it, whatever nuts I had on hand or what was on sale at the store. Never skimp and use margarine on this. It deserves the real thing.

Crispy Fish

Great recipe! Did change it a bit, used one cup dry potato flakes, one cup Panko and one cup flour. Reduced the spices, but next time I'll use the full amount. Fried in Canola oil. Breading nice and crispy.

YUM YUM YUM I just made 40 of these cookies.I doubled the recepie and spooned them out into 1tbsp sized balls then smashed them down criss cross with a fork.I used almost a cup of b.sugar(didn't have enough for a full cup so I just used the same amount for the white sugar also) almost a cup of white and almost 2 cups of p.b.( again not enough for 2 full cups) a dash of vanilla and a pinch of b.s..These cookies are GREAT.

Beer Lime Grilled Chicken

Reviewed: May 9, 2009
Made this last night in the oven with the broiler and it turned out just wonderful. After reading reviews, I marinated it 45 minutes in the fridge. It jumped to my second most favorite chicken recipe ever. (First is crunchy french-fried onion chicken.) This is a keeper and I'll ask hubby to cook it on the grill when it's not so windy!

I love this recipe. I use Mexican Vanilla in this and only use 1/2 of what the recipe calls for. Turned out terrific.

Heavenly White Cake

Guys this is one of the best recipes out there. I used this recipe for my wedding cake, and this I changed up this recipe and added orange and lemon extracts to give it a spring flavor taste (keeping the vanilla extract. This recipe may seem to creat a mess if you are not stationed properly, but it is deffently worth it!!!!!!!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 23, 2009
These are so good. I must have been using small muffin cups because I got 12 muffins and a miniature loaf pan out of my batter which is great because it means more to enjoy. I did change the cinnamon to 1/2 tsp because I love cinnamon. UPDATED: I made this recipe again and this time cooked it in a bundt pan. My husband, who didn't touch the muffins last time, raved about how good it was. Thanks again for a great recipe.

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese

Reviewed: Jan. 17, 2009
I tried this for the first time on Thanksgiving because I didn't want to have to wait for it to bake...Turned out exactly as I expected... Very creamy and delicious. My husband must have this for Thanksgiving Dinner and he was quite pleased with it. The only change I would make is to leave out the parmesan cheese. It was a little too pungent for me....

This is delicious. Very similar to the flauta/taquitos I order in my favorite restaurant. I followed the recipe exactly and it was fantastic!! I will definitely be making these more regularly. Next time, I may add a little more "heat" to it.
