Chocolate Pecan Pie I

Very good recipe! This made exactly enough filling for a deep dish pie. Pie was very gooey and had a rich chocolate taste.

Stroganoff

During browning, I seasoned the beef with worcestershire sauce. I was out of sour cream so I used french onion dip and left out the onion from the recipe. I also left out the flour and added milk for creaminess. Excellent recipe, my husband loved it!

Fried Chicken Tenders

These were great. This was the 2nd time I've made these but the first time I didn't make the sauce, because I didn't too much care for the mustard and horseraddish. But this time I made it, only used about half of the mustard. The sauce definately finishes off the dish. I would give this 5 stars but I dont' really like the breading, maybe next time, i'll just use more flour with some italian seasoning instead.

Sugar Cookie Drops

These were okay. My husband didn't really like them so we will probably end up tossing them out or giving them to his mom. I only baked half of the dough though and put the rest in the fridge. So tomorrow I'll probably finish baking them. Maybe it was some of my ingredients, like maybe I needed a different brand or something.
