Made this one with Morningstar Farms veggie crumble, and it was utterly amazing. Everyone ranted so much about it, but it was so simple to make! Incredible.

Parmesan Chicken II

This was very good, but just a little bit bland. Perhaps some red pepper or something would have added a little bit more flavor?

This was exactly what I was looking for. I added a can of corn for color! My kids loved it, but my husband thought it a bit bland.

I ran out of mozzarella and used swiss. This creamy dish was loved by my entire family, but I personally would have enjoyed some greenery in it, perhaps celery or broccoli? Either way, everyone loved it.

The only thing I did different to this recipe was...I TRIPLED the beef! And they were good, plus they held up very well in the frying pan. Yum, tasty!

Jiffy Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 1, 2006
This was pretty good. I was looking for something simple to send with my hubby for his lunch. Something that I didn't have to spend a lot of money on, and I had everything for this so I made it. For those who think it needs more flavor, just season your meat while cooking. I did slice my potatoes using my slice and grater, since I was kind of pressed for time. I quartered them lenghtwise and then sliced. I baked this at about 450 for 40 minutes, I thought for sure the potatoes wouldn't be done because I checked them after 30 mins and they were a little crunchy, but 15 minutes later they were perfectly done. Thanks for the easy to throw together meal.

I had no half and half and just used evaporated milk instead. I also cooked on the stovetop. This creamy soup tasted just like heaven!

This was a very good recipe. Very simple! I dipped the chicken in flour twice and wished that I had increased the flour mixture, because I ran out with only one chicken breaded.

Yummy! I used three cans of vegetables with three cups of brown gravy and it came out perfect. This recipe created one 9x9 dish and one 9x13 dish for me and I wished I had doubled the mashed potatoes. Will make often in the future!

Orange Glazed Carrots

Reviewed: Jan. 10, 2006
My whole family loved these carrots! I added some fresh squeezed orange juice to the water when cooking the carrots, plus a lil ginger for added taste to the glaze. The sauce isn't too runny when you slice up the baby carrots rather than leaving them whole like pictured.
