Crunchy Oven Fried Tilapia

Reviewed on Nov. 30, 2009 by Lesa Lee
I made this exactly as written. It was crunchy but the coating was really dry. It also didn't have a lot of flavor as others have mentioned. I think it would be better you added some garlic salt or powder to the coating mix. Also if you don't mind the calories I would use butter or margarine instead of the egg white. But if you're trying to cut calories this is definitely the way to go. You just have to get past the dryness. I will probably make this again with the variations I mentioned above.

Meatloaf Cordon Bleu

Reviewed on Nov. 20, 2009 by Mandie H.
I did the same as others suggested and covered for the 1st half. Also I added brown sugar (about 1/4 c), balsamic vinegar 1Tbsp, and worcestershire sauce 1Tbsp. But, I cut the recipe in half from its origional. I also added pastrimi to the ham and used Harviti cheese instead of provolone. It was what I had but, MAN was it great! Also fresh garlic gave it the perfect touch.

Easy Salsa Meatloaf

Reviewed on Nov. 18, 2009 by Lesa Lee
This was so easy to make. The ingredients are basic things I keep on hand all the time so I loved that about it! I made it exactly as it is written and I thought it was great! It was moist and flavorful. It was the first meatloaf recipe my kids didn't drown in ketchup so if it were up to me alone I would give it 5 stars but my family said it was just okay so I'm giving it 4 stars.
