Easy Cold Pasta Salad

I love this recipe and have made it for years! I add a little bit of red onion and feta cheese to make it a little more "Greek."

Garlic Salmon

This is one of the better salmon recipes, that is on the light side. Instead of baking this we cooked in foil on the grill for 22 minutes. We will be using this recipe again, thanks.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This was very creamy and easy to make. It turned out great. I made it exactly as written. The only thing I might do differently next time is add a little more onion and drain off a little of the water before adding the boullion so it's not quite so thin.
