great recipe, the only difference I did was to make crepes for the manicotti easy to make, easy to fill and roll, and so much lighter, yummy........

Florentine Crepe Cups

Thank you Kaye Whiteman my wife & I used to make this recipe but lost it,this is the exact one we've been looking 4 we are going to make them 2day.BTW our kids & friends hate mushrooms & spinach but love these crepes that's how good they are. Jerry

Omelet in a Mug

doing this for yrs, but learned to use plastic tubs, any size that I can just toss out, then no dishes to wash, our mornings mean move fast, but have time for breakfast, and a breakfast sand. is great, I add left over vegs, meat from dinner, any thing is good with cheese.....happy munching
