Funnel Cakes II

This really does taste like carnival funnel cake! I was suprised at how easy it was to make, I had always thought I'd need a deep fryer. I did have to add extra milk to get it to go throught the funnel.

Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket I

This is mostly how I've always made mine. I really liked the early slicing and BBQing of the brisket though. My husband raved over how great it tasted. I'll be making my brisket like this from now on.

Banana Bread I

This is a great recipe and is easy to make! I usually make it in one reg. loaf pan and cook it the same abount of time as she says for the 2 smaller.

These were really good. Very easy to make. I didn't have boneless chicken breasts, so I grilled bone-in thighs, cut them up, and sauted them with the cayenne pepper.

Awesome Carrot Muffins

Busy Day Chicken Rice Casserole

Easy and tastes great! I have made this recipe for years, except normally I use Uncle Bens Long Grain wild rice with herbs. The rice tastes so good that I can barely get my family to eat the chicken! I think I'm going to double the rice part next time I make this.
