This was really good, although when I make it again I believe I will double the sauce. What I really like about the make up of the recipe is the suace, and the fact it's not smothered in cheese or cheese sauce. It keeps the calories down. Thanks for the recipe!

Hot Corn Dip

This had good flavor, but something was missing for me. It didn't seem to have enough liquid in it. I did add 1/2 tsp cumin and a bit of shredded chedar as others recommended. I will try the recipe again when I can think of what I can add for more liquid.

Apple Crisp II

Very good! I didn't add the water. I wish I had though, it wasn't dry, but I think it could have had more liquid. And I did double the topping. Everyone enjoyed it, and it went pretty fast. Thanks for the recipe!

Raspberry Lemon Loaf

I LOVE this bread! I added 1/2 cup more raspberries and all the zest from the lemon instead of just the 2 tspn. Those slight changes really made it even more tart and fresh. I had to bake it a little bit longer with the changes but well worth it.

Chewy Coconut Cookies

I cannot believe how quickly these cookies disappear! The flavor is so dainty and fresh - they are wonderful! After making them a few times I agree with previous reviews that an extra 1/4 cup of flour makes them nice and round. I haven't had any need to refrigerate them. These are wonderful, quick, easy and they smell as wonderful as they taste!

Beefy Barbecue Macaroni

We didnt care for this one. The barbecue sauce made it too sweet tasting. Ive made a similar one using ketchup or tomato sauce and I usually just use a box of macaroni and cheese for the pasta and cheese sauce.

Asian Orange Chicken

Yum! Almost exactly like our favorite local Chinese joint. Very tasty, although found the cornstarch to water ratio a little glue-like and clumpy when added to the sauce. At any rate, very yummy, husband loved it - we'll definitely have this again!
