Cowpoke Beans

These were awesome! I put them over rice for dinner and added some sliced smoked sausage. Could use a little more liquid if putting over rice, but as is would be great as a side to a brisket! Loved it.Thank you.

Christmas Strawberries

Maybe I did something wrong, but mine turned out like sticky little lumps of red stuff. They were yucky sweet with a wierd texture. I was disappointed, we even tried refridgerating them longer. don't know what went wrong, but thanks anyway.

Cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese

the seasonings were great and it was easy to make...BUT It's too gooey cheesy, greasy and while I normally love me a lot of breadcrumb topping, it was just too much. if I try this is again I will use part velveeta I think. Also, i did melt the cheese in with the milk first, then I poured that on the noodles and baked.

Spinach Bacon Quiche

Burrito Pie

My entire family loved this. Easy to make, I could even prepare it before I leave for work in the morning and pop it in the oven when I get home. I left the chilis out and it was spicy enough with just the rotel. I cut the recipe in half and it was more than enough for the three of us. Thank you!
