Breaded Parmesan Chicken

This was an easy recipe, for sure a keeper. It was a little overseasoned because the stuffing mix was preseasoned. Next time I will omit the Italian seasoning because it was almost overpowering. Husband and kids still liked it so I will make again. Thanks for sharing.

Apple Butter Spice Cake

This recipe is perfect as written, I followed the recipe exactly and it is absolutely the best recipe I have used on this site. I made it as cupcakes and used the topping on the top only, I baked them for 25 minutes and they were perfection. I will definately use these as a brunch recipe! Thank you so much!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

One word- YUM! The only thing I changed about the recipe was extra cilantro and chicken chunks, not shredded. Next time I might add an extra can of green chilis but it's great with just one.

Anniversary Chicken I

Easy recipe. The only thing I did different was make my own bacon bits. I served with fried potatoes and corn. My kids loved it, I didn't get any because of my diet. Because my husband said it was just okay, I have to give it 4 stars.

Italian Style Meatloaf I

I thought this was very nice, just needed something for some oomph. Worstershire sauce is a must and some diced onion would be nice. Maybe some salt too? It just seemed a little flavorless compared to what I have eaten before as meatloaf, but otherwise very good.
