Too Much Chocolate Cake

This has a great chocolate flavor, I was very pleased with it and I dont normaly like chocolate cake. I made it last weekend for a family reunion, and Im making it again this weekend for afundraiser. thanks for a good and easy cake

Italian Teething Cookies

This recipe is great. However, to avoid giving my baby eggs, I used a vegan egg substitute. You use 1 tablespoon of flax seed meal and 3 tablespoons of water per egg. Boil it and it makes slimy, egg-like substance. It worked great! The cookies were tough and didn't break off into my son's mouth. He loved them!

Army SOS Creamed Ground Beef

MADE THIS LAST NIGHT FOR DINNER IT WAS GREAT AND SO EASY THE ONLY THING I CHANGED WAS I ADDED A BIT OF ONION ANS GARLIC TO THE MEAT WHILE BROWNING THE LEFT OVERS WERE EVEN BETTER TODAY FOR LUNCH I SERVED THIS OVER BUTTERED NOODELS BUT IT WOULD BE GOOD ON A BUN OR RICE THIS IS VERY VERSITEL, GREAT RECIPE

Baked Potato Soup V

I made this today and I did as others suggested and cut down the flour to 1/3 cup and it was plenty you have to remember that the potatos and cheese will help to thicken it up as well. Also I thought that 9 bakeing potatos was a lot so I bought and baked 6 and I only used 3 so I belive that if your using large bakeing potatos you dont need but 3 or 4 you may use 9 if all you have are the little ones. The taste was great and this is a keeper for cold and rainy days.

Baked Spaghetti

This was pretty good, tons of cheese. I thought it could have used a bit more sauce and meat. and will make this change next time I make it. This can be made ahead and feeds an army. Great for the kids or if your feeding the entire football team.

Swiss Chicken Casserole I

We had this for dinner last night. It was fantastic, the only change I made was to use cream of mushroom soup instead of chicken simply because I was out of chicken. This is a great easy dinner. My husband doesnt care for chickenand he really liked this. This is a keeper. I'm looking forwerd to making it again.

Hamburger Potato Casserole

very easy and quik dinner I used frozen hashbrowns for the potatos,to cut some of the prep time. I added some velveeta half way through cooking and thought maybe add some hot sauce or spice to the meat some how.

Ibby's Pumpkin Mushroom Stuffing

In spite of my mother's doubt when I made this for the first holiday I hosted, this is our new "tradition". It has replaced the cornbread stuffing I grew up on. I always get raised eyebrows when I tell people what I've made, but there is never any left-overs. I make it as the recipe says, but I have used dried herbs instead of fresh and just regular sliced mushrooms to save money. It is just as delicious. It is an awesome recipe and I am sure that I will make it for many years to come!

Champagne Cake With Buttercream Icing

This cake is now a family favorite. My sister-in-law and I make it for all the birthdays that require a decorated cake. It is dense enough to hold up well with different shaped pans and the buttercream is easy to pipe. We love it! So delicious!
