 I grew up around the best cooks my two grandmothers and my mom. My mother has been cooking forever and has worked in the food service industry for over 25 years. Pan-fried Steak with Marsala Sauce

I can't imagine how good this must be if you have all the ingredients. Used Merlot as I am a heart patient and keep a lot of Merlot on hand. Had to blend garlic powder with the broth as I was out of fresh garlic. But all that aside it was delicious.

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

IMO, not enough sauce to go with the amount of pasta that the recipe called for. It was also a bit bland. Next time I'm going to use some garlic, 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup and a cup of milk. It was good - just needs some tweeking. Thanks.

Spicy Brussels Sprouts and Carrots

I really liked this recipe. I am not a fan of brussels sprouts, but the carrots cooking with them helped right off, and the sauce was yummy. I will definitely use this recipe often. Thanks for sharing!
