YUM YUM YUM! I adore this recipe. It's something totally different and really broke up the monotony of weekday dinner.

Ladyfingers

I followed the recipe exactly. They didn't turn out as fluffy as those in some pictures, but they baked perfectly and made the most excellent tira misu!

Crab Stuffed Lobster Rayna

Reviewed: May 26, 2009
This is a great way to jazz up your lobster tail. I read other reviews and decided to broil lobster breifly before adding stuffing to make sure the lobster did get thoroughly cooked. I then added sesoned stuffing to lobster and broiled until stuffing was cooked. Only takes 4-9 minutes. Very quick, very good, and very easy. Great recipe.

Great salad! My girls like their dressing a little sweet so I added honey to the dressing. I also added cilantro to the salad. My family loved it!

Spicy Basil Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 29, 2009
This recipe is really too spicy for me, but it still is a good and tasty stir fry! I had to order the chili oil off of the internet, because my local grocery store does not sell it. I used Serrano chile peppers for the hot chile peppers, and served it over Basmati rice.

Breaded Chicken Wings

These are very tasty wings! I prepared this recipe according to the directions. But instead of baking the chicken wings in the oven, instead I cooked them in a deep fryer.

This recipe is very tasty! I cooked it in a Crock-Pot, like one of the other reviewers. A Brazilian lady told me that this recipe is called "Feijao e Porco" in Brazil.

I prepared this recipe according the instructions. But instead of frying them in a skillet, I instead cooked them in a Deep Fryer. Before cooking them, I dipped them in an egg wash and bread crumbs. I served them with white rice and Oriental Dipping Sauce.

Pork Medley

Reviewed: Jan. 4, 2009
I cooked this recipe according to the directions, except I used regular white wine, instead of cooking wine. It helps to cut up the pork loin, because this speeds up cooking. I served it with potato salad and Texas toast.

This is a quick and easy way to please just about everyone! I did add the nuts in the log itself and then rolled the log in the nuts too. My daughter made this for a class Thanksgiving party and said it was gone in no time.
