i thought this was good, different from the routine! My BF is lactose intolerant so i couldnt put cheese on his side, so the doritos burned tho. (my side was great tho!)

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2008
I made this last night, the taste was good and the chicken was very moist. However, my cream sauce split, im not sure what I did wrong, but it was very unappealing to the eye. My BF ate it, but skipped on seconds. I don't think I will try this again.

Huckleberry Cake

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2008
This was a very interesting recipe. I had it without the topping. It creeps up on you and then it explodes into flavor. At first, it tasted like a piece of bread with some huckleberries in it, but as my palette got used to it, I loved it. Will definitely make it again!!

Tater Tot Casserole III

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
i had looked at this recipe for about a week, wanting to make it, but not to sure. this was really good and really easy! I made it for just 2 of us, so cut everything in half and since my BF is lactose intolerant, i just put the cheese on my half (pepper jack and cheddar). the tater tots were nice and crispy like i like them and the BF said it was great. thanks

Old Fashioned Onion Rings

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2006
not the easiest recipe to make, but well worth the effort. i made these with sweet vidalias, and they were the best onion rings we've ever had. i used cooling racks to drain the batter from the onions, and i put the racks in the sink. this helped with clean up.
