Barbeque Beef Casserole

Reviewed on jun. 2, 2009 by Brooke
I love casseroles of all shapes and sizes! My boyfriend gets tired of them though he eats them but last night he looked at me and said "I really liked this though less BBQ sauce next time" I put more than it said because it looked so dry.

Watermelon and Strawberry Lemonade

Reviewed on jun. 2, 2009 by Brooke
It was good. I only used half the sugar. I was more like watermelon and strawberry juice next time I will add some lemonade concentrate to it to make it more lemonade-ish.

Shredded Beef for Tacos

Reviewed on apr. 22, 2009 by CLSPET
I used a 4lb pork roast, beer instead of wine, one can of Mexican hot tomato sauce, and one can of diced tomatoes. Cooked it on low for 8 hours and it fell apart! Shredded it and let it simmer in the liquid for another 2 hours. Added cilantro and onions right before we ate. It was delicious!
