Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed on May 26, 2009 by PickettFence
I simmered the velvetta, egg, & half-half on low for about 15mins (enough so that the mixture was creamy in texture). The burner can't be high and you have to constantly stir. I poured the sauce into the pasta then seasonsed and stirred, then added the remainder of the cheese. I omitted the muenster & used more sharp. My family enjoyed.

the dough came together very easyily and i didn't need to flour the fork at all. i added semi sweet chocolate chips and they are a hit! my mom even said they were better than grandma's!
