Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed: May 8, 2006
I did not have all the ingredients on hand to cook this exactly as the recipe called for. I also seared the meat first and added add'l seasoning since there seemed to be a lot of comments about how bland the meat was. Mine came out fine. The left overs were especially good.

Burrito Pie

Reviewed: Apr. 27, 2006
This is a great recipe. I did not think it was so hot(as in spicy)-I live in Louisiana and I and my husband are used to much hotter but my husband could not stop telling me how good it was. He took it to work for lunch and when he heated it in the microwave everyone asked him what that wonderful smell was. His work is used to me cooking some good meals -they raise money for their extra activities and they have cook offs.I will be making this again.

Marinated Pork Tenderloin

I did not have sherry on hand, so I used red wine vinegar. I also cooked it in my slow cooker on low for about 7 hours. It was very tasty to me, but my husband was not crazy about it. I will try again with cooking it on the grill.

Maybe I cooked this too long, but it was pretty dry. I'll give it another shot sometime.

I tried this recipe with Ranch dry mix, that is all I had on hand. I had the "gummy" problem that has been mentioned several times. I will not make again

This was just okay. The pork didn't come out with much flavor. The mollasses was a bit too strong. I won't make again.

I made this and served it over angel hair pasta -- It was ok. Part of the family liked it, but some didn't. It was bad, but not great. Probably will not make again.

This was great. My first homemade pizza was a couple weeks ago with a cooknik recipe and this one was almost as good. I think I could have easily made two pizzas with all the toppings this made, and I may do that next time. We loved it, and had leftovers till every bight was eaten.

Stuffed Peppers with Italian Sausage

I have hated stuffed peppers since I was a kid, but I wanted to try this and I am so glad I did. Great recipe. I used chipoptle chili power and it was a little too spicy for the kids, but they still liked it. Great dish, very flavorful.
