Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Sweet and fabulous, though I didn't have the patience to let all the glaze soak in. Next time, I will!

This is a great cake for an adult party! Try using an Orange Cake Mix, it really adds alittle more flavor. I also like to add a touch of Orange Zest to the Glaze. Enjoy!!!

I didn't think this was very special, and unless you have a basketful of peppers, it's expensive.

My family really enjoyed this. My kids are crazy for Clam Chowder. This was a great change with the fish instead. It was less chewy than clams but with the same great taste.

This is a quick and great recipe for a BBQ. I used bacon bits instead of bacon and left out the cashews to save time. It was still great.

Fettuccine with Shrimp, Olives, and Mushrooms

The cream sauce was good and buttery, but didn't really coat the noodles like I like. It was easier than I thought though.

This was great. I used a wok for cooking the meat, versus a regular frying pan.

Fudgey Special Dark® Brownies

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2006
These brownies turned out great! I followed the recipie exactly, and this was my first time making brownies. A few people that tried them said they were pretty rich, but I loved that :). The only thing I did different, was I sprinkled more chocolate chips on top before putting the pan in the oven to bake. A girl can never have too much chocolate!

Spicy Orange Beef Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2006
I received this with cooknik, which had a side of colorful bellpeppers and pineapples. When you use the recommended meat, it turns out SO tender and delicious. I used a minimal amount of red pepper flakes due to having kids eat this meal. Will definitely serve again.

Great! I cut the salt and also used the leaves from the celery stalks. Considering adding fresh mushrooms into the leftovers.

It was a great recipe, but I would recommend salting your eggplant and allowing them to sit for 30 min prior to preparing this mea. It will take the bitterness out of the eggplant. Family really enjoyed this one.

This is a wonderful recipe. The only addition that I like to do is to add about a teaspoon of cinnamon in the topping. Other than that it is perfect, not to sweet and has the right amount of body.
