Mushroom Pork Chops

Absolutely excellent, I used boneless butterfly pork chops. I added olive oil to the veggies to saute them. everything turned out really good.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew I

This a delicious basic stew recipe! I used celery salt instead of regular and left out the celery, added a 1/4 cup red wine and a small can of tomato sauce...yummy!

Swedish Meatballs

I really messed this recipe up by adding the whole 1 2/3 C. of milk to the meat mixture, so my meatballs turned into mush while in the skillet. I decided to finish the dish anyway and came up with a meat sauce that we ate over noodles. It was great, the kids loved it! I grew up in Iowa, and had swedish meatballs a lot while there. I had never tried to make them before. Next time I will make the real meatballs, but the sauce I ended up with this time tasted just like the swedish meatballs I remember!

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

this recipe is great. I substituted the sourcream and for the evaporated milk and i put a little square of cheese inside each patty before i cooked them and I sprinkle worshershire sauce in the pan before i fried them. i didnt grill them. other than that i followed the recipe to a tee. these are the best burgers ive ever had and my kids at them like candy. even my 19month old baby loved them. great recipe

Easy Baked Tilapia

This was good, I took the advice of several people. Didn't add veggies. Made rice and green beans on the side. Added lemon juice, will add more next time. Sprinkled spices over top will add more next time. Cooking took about 25 mins (I used frozen fish).

Chicken Tikka Masala

I was craving this... usually order it from the indian place, but wanted to try and make it. I only used 1 tsp. salt for each sauce, and reduced jalepeno. It's pretty good, still doesn't compare to what I get at the restaurant but still good. I save a little money making it myself and not eating out, so that is good!

Easy and Delicious Chicken and Rice Casserole

I thought this recipe was great. Kinda reminds me of something my mom made when I was a kid. Next time though I will cut the chicken breasts into thinner strips instead of using full size chicken breasts.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair

This was really good. I cubed the chicken and then cooked it in olive oil and sprinkled garlic salt while it was cooking. I also used 2 cans of whole tomatoes and about 1/2 of 1 a can of the left over juice. Next time I will add a bit more juice.

I Really enjoyed this recipe, unfortunatly my husband didn't. I did what someone else recommended. I used plain bread crumbs and added Italian seasoning. I baked at 350 for 45 minutes. Thanks
