Whoa...great recipe! I used the baked version from one of the other reviewers...I couldn't believe how easy this recipe is! I used the white sauce that Aaron McCargo used on the Next Food Network Star...it makes the dish a five! This recipe is NOW my husband's favorite. He wants it every week!

Soo good! I made this for a party and it was a success! I followed the advice of another reviewer and used less seasoned salt...I used about 2 teaspoons. So easy!

YUMMY! I made this for a party and everyone loved it and asked for the recipe....people were scraping the dish for more!! This recipe is so quick and easy...I followed the recipe and baked it, not microwave. You will be the hit of the party with this one!

This is a great recipe for the kids...my husband liked it too, and he can be pretty picky. Not very good the next day though!! Soggy bread...gross.

Yum! Yum! I got tons of compliments on this one. Only thing I need to say is use regular biscuits, not grand biscuits...they will have too much dough for your cups!

My family thought I got dinner from our favorite BBQ restaurant!! Soo easy and sooo good! I did not use the beef broth. I only used the coffee and a bottle of Head Country BBQ sauce...set on low for 8 hours. Yum!!

This is very close to the recipe I use. I don't use Worcestershire sauce or seasoned salt but I do use MSG. Sometimes I add a splash of Worcestershire sauce but I really can't tell the difference one way or another. This is my 14 year old sons fav!!! He can sit and eat the whole thing by himself!

Hillbilly Casserole

I really enjoyed this dish. I didn't have any Mexi-corn so I used regular corn instead. I agree with DavidsMom about pre-cooking the onion, I think I will do that next time. I also added a few things like Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, Louisiana Hot Sauce, garlic powder, salt & pepper. All this added a little kick to it!
