Lemon Pudding Cookies

OMG! Ok, so this is the PERFECT, not-too-many-ingredients-on-hand-but-I-have-the-munchies recipe!!! My husband doesn't even like lemon cookies but he couldn't resist these. It didn't make very many, only a cookie sheets worth, so next time I'll double it. This way the grown-ups don't have to fight with the kids over these cookies! Super easy, super yummu.

Baked Buffalo Wings

This is a variation on a recipe that I have. I do the flour the same, and coat the wings and allow them to sit at least 30 minutes but then I fry the wings and coat them in the hot sauce/butter mixture. I have always loved this recipe cause you can adjust the heat to your comfort level.

Bubble 'n' Squeak

My family loved this. Even my husband who does not like cabbage. He even had seconds and took leftovers to work. My 6 year old liked that he could put ketchup on it. I did have some problems getting it to brown. Overall a success. We will be adding this to our menu rotation

Sonora Chicken

My family loved this recipe. Even my picky 6 yr old cleaned his plate! I used boiled chicken breast instead of the bone in chicken, the rest I followed to a tee and it was wonderful.

Baking Powder Biscuits I

The Best Garlic Bread

I liked the flavor, but the mayo didn't melt down into the bread; it just flaked off when we tried to eat it. Tried it with butter instead and it was great.

I LOVE this meatball recipe! So easy to make. One thing I did was add a bit more seasoning. The seasoned breadcrumbs didn't add quite enough flavor for me.

Two Ingredient Pumpkin Cake
