It's quick, easy, and a real family pleaser! I recommend this to anyone who doesn't have a lot of time to spend preparing and slaving over a hot stove!

Sour Cream Pork Chops

MMMMMMMMM these were fall of the bone tender and so full of flavor. I added some garlic pepper and fresh garlic to the pork chops. I also added white wine and a can of cream of mushroom soup. The gravy was perfect. I made this with Collard Greens and Mashed Potatoes. Will definately make again.

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 27, 2007
I made this recipe last night for my family, but with a twisit. Instead of using chicken thighs. I used chicken breasts, boneless, skinless and sliced. I only cooked them for about 10 minutes. They turned out wonderful!!! I served plain rice with it. We made more of the sauce to put on top of the rice. My family are hugh garlic nuts. We love ANYTHING with GARLIC!! TRY THIS RECIPE TONIGHT it'll be a hit with your family too!!!! :)

Pork and Green Chile Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2006
This dish was outstanding! Very quick and easy to prepare but tastes delicious. I added cayenne pepper for a little zip, increased the salsa to 4 tablespoons and used 2 cups of 4 Chees Mexican cheese (monterey jack, cheddar, queso quesadilla and asadero shredded cheese). The additional cheese allowed to completely cover the baking dish. the extra cheese is personal preference...I like a lot of cheese! When served I topped mine with sour cream and extra salsa, but it was very good without the extra toppings too.

I made this the other night for dinner, and it was great. It was so easy for a busy Mom like me... Marinade, then cook 3 hours later. Even my kids (2 & 9) liked it.

I have never made ANYTHING asian before. I'm not that great of a cook, but I suprised my husband (whom) loves this dish the other night. It was so easy to make and it turned out WONDERFUL! He took the rest into work for lunch the next day and shared it with the guys. They were impressed that I made it by hand. I plan to make more VERY soon. SO Thank you so much for this recipe. Now I have a great appetizer to make for parties.

Bacon and Potato Soup

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2006
I love this potato soup. It is the best comfort food ever. The only thing I did different was use a whole onion, add 2 cups of cheese, add a clove of garlic, 1/2 teaspoon of Cayenne and I bought two 14 ounce cans of broth. I whisked mine when it was finished. This goes great with some garlic toast. Thanks Kwollak for the aesome recipe.

Zesty Chicken and Potatoes

The chicken is absolutely delicious. My hubby didn't like the potatoes though because they were a little too sour from the juice. I think the chicken would taste good cooked by itself with no vegetables.

This recipe was extremley good and tasty. I worked hard on them and was very dissapointed that they fell apart during cooking. I will definately try flour tortillas next time instead of the corn tortillas. Beware if you do not like hot stuff because this one will come out hot. Great taste though.

Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2004
This recipe was so yummy and rich with flavor. My husband said it tasted as good as Red Lobster. I cooked the mushrooms in butter and wine instead of oil for about 5 minutes then I added some Brandy and let her fire up to get the mushroomy taste out. When I cooked the tomatoes and minced shallots I mixed in about two little spoons of minced garlic. I thought it would appear too Garlicy, but it was fine. Instead of Champagne, I used a nice Chardonnay that really complimented the dish and added a dash of a sweet white wine but not much. Hubby doesn't like sweet stuff. I cooked the shallots, Garlic and Tomatoes about 12 minutes instead of 8. It seemed to come out really thick and not thin like everyone else said. Instead of plum tomatoes I bought a can of diced tomatoes and used about 3/4 of the can and it still came out beautifully. At the end I used all of the cream on the stove together. I didn't put any cream on the pasta before hand. I also used Basil instead of Parsley. Thanks Tricia Flasck, for the beautiful elegant dinner. It is all well worth making.

This recipe was jolly good. There was a couple of things that I changed. I added more Garlic and Shrimp. I also put less tomatoes and added tomato soup to thicken it up more.
