I love this recipe! I used ff half & half instead of the cream and thickened it with cornstarch. I've made this many times with chicken & I can't wait to try it with shrimp, mmmmm! Thanks for this recipe!

Chocolate flavored sponges. I would not reccomend this recipe. My husband will eat burned cookies, but these stayed in the pan. They are missing something;I don't know what, but they are not worth eating. They look pretty-deceiving to their flavor snd texture.

No Bake Cookies V

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2007
This recipe is messed up. I went digging in my closet to find my orginal no-bake cookie recipe. When I compared the two recipes, I found that they had the same ingredients; however, the ratios and the cooking processes were different. The oatmeal has to be added before the peanut butter because the peanut butter cools the mixture down. If you don't, your oatmeal stays firm. The desired texture for these cookies is a slighty softened oatmeal. I would look for another recipe if you prefer a more original style no-bake cookie. I hope this helps.

Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2007
This was quick and easy and tasted wonderful! I used thinly sliced chicken breasts because I figured they would cook more quickly. Once the chicken was finished I poured my sauce around the chicken and sprinkled mozarella over all of it. I covered and simmered until the cheese was melted. Thanks for sharing this yummy recipe!

This wasn't particularly good, but it wasn't bad either. It was just meat and gravy. I guess that with all of the great reviews I was expecting something a little more special.

Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Reviewed: May 18, 2007
I have made this many many times and it has always turned out wonderfully! My daughter absolutely loved it which is saying something. The only changes I have made thus far is to add more minced garlic (we love garlic). I plan to fix this tomorrow but I think I will broil it instead of baking just for a change of pace. Thanks for a wonderful recipe.

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2007
The only reason I gave this a 4 instead of a 5 is because it way too much butter. If you at least cut the butter in half and add some cayenne to kick it up a little, it is wonderful. I was in a hurry so I made it on the stovetop and it turned out just fine. My husband and I really liked this and will add to the regular rotation. Thanks for this super easy and delicious recipe!

I followed the recipe exactly. I was really looking forward to this recipe. The sour creme was to overpowering for me. I ended up throwing out the potatoes and rushing to make another batch of mashed potatoes with just butter and milk. I like sour cream but this was just a bit much.

The World's Best Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2006
Just finished Thanksgiving Dinner using this recipe it was the best turkey I have ever made!! I used Sparkling Apple Cider instead of Champagne just because I wasn't sure how the recipe was going to turn out but WOW everyone raved over it and how juicy it was. I stuffed the bird with apples and stuffing (it was a 24 pound bird) The stuffing and the gravy made from the juices both turned out spectacular. Thanks for a great recipe!! I will definitely use it for Christmas too.

This is very similar to the recipe my family has always used. For us the Mayo is a bit more (never measure it just eyeball) and we use mixed mustard. I have tried dry Mustard and the taste is not as good as with already prepared mustard. Excellent recipe because it is so adaptable.

This recipe was wonderful. My sister made this at my house one night and all of our kids loved it,5 of them between 2 and 9. I also used the leftovers and made a wonderful chicken salad. 1 cup mayonnaise and 1/4 cup pickle relish. This chicken is definitely a 5 star recipe we will be making often.
