About me:
I'm the mother of two youngsters one boy and one girl, and the step-mom of two teen boys. I work full time outside the home. We love being outside. Whether it's camping, hiking, or washing the van we are always outside. On rainy weekends, to relax we all curl up on the couch with the kids watching movies. Sometimes we play our new favorite game "Mexican train" dominos.

Pork Chops with Blue Cheese Gravy

Reviewed on Apr. 24, 2008 by Amanda
This has become a family favorite! Although I add about 1 cup blue cheese crumbs to the gravy and about 3 cups thick cut white mushrooms its insane good!

San Francisco Sourdough Bread

All I can say is WOW (cause I can't curse) This bread is wonderful! I've already eaten half a loaf and my diet is ruined. Anyone who gave it a bad review must not have done it right.

Anniversary Chicken I

Reviewed on Mar. 29, 2008 by Tara Gosse
I love this recipe! I am so glad to have something new for my family dinners and the only thing extra I will ever need to buy is the bacon bits and green onions because I always have all the other ingredients at all times. The ingredients blended together so well to make a delicious tasting sauce and I am glad I used a thick teriyaki sauce so that I could taste it. I noticed some people said they would add more next time because they could not taste it. Everone in my 5 person household loved it. I think I will make this for a dinner party soon. I can't wait to share it with everyone.
