Beer-Boiled Shrimp

Reviewed on jun. 25, 2009 by MrsA
Very very good recipe! Added garlic powder and black pepper to onion butter mixture. Omitted the salt, and using half the amount of butter (no salt added butter too). Added Old Bay to the shrimp and threw in a Bay leaf for good measure. (Dunk bread into the juices, you will not be disappointed, my hubby was not.) I am freezing the leftover juice for a later adventure. Thank you so much for the recipe! Very good without my additions as well.

Homemade Stewed Tomatoes

It came out perfectly with a few changes that other reviewers recommended. I added 1tsp of dried basil and then 1 TBSP of sugar.

Strawberry Ice

Reviewed on jul. 4, 2009 by Lani76
Great recipe and very simple to make. I did make a few adjustments since some people in my family are unable to eat sugar. I used a liquid stevia depending on your sweetness level 8-11 drops I only used 8drops we don't really like things to sweet. Also took other people's suggestions and used orange juice in place of the lemon juice and cut the water to 1/2c. Will try making a raspberry and lemon flavor next should be good.
