About me:
I just graduated from Centre College with a degree in Sociology and a minor in Religion. I've recently taken to cooking and trying new recipes. I finally decided that if I want to eat food that I really enjoy, I should cook it myself... and besides, now that I'll be on my own soon, I have to start learning!

Chicken Paprikash II

Absolutely amazing! I made the spaetzle and wild rice. It was better with the spaetzle. Also used light sour cream to cut back on fat/calories. Didn't miss any flavor!

Flourless Oatmeal Blueberry Pancakes

Reviewed on Sep. 17, 2009 by Autumn
Loved these! Lately I've really been reducing my flour and processed sugar intake and these were perfect! I didn't have blueberries and substituted half the honey with agave syrup. Made half a batch and it was perfect for me and my husband!
