Pumpkin Bread IV

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2009
What a nice recipe! The house smelled heavenly and the bread turned out wonderfully! I might experiment here and there the next time but I can't complain at all. I am taking two loaves in to the Radiology Department in the morning and I am making this again tomorrow afternoon to give to neighbors! Thank you and Enjoy!

Amish White Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2009
I have been trying to make the perfect bread for 10 yrs. My cupboard was bare and I was broke and needed something to do on a rainy day with limited ingredients, and I stumbled onto this. Its just my husband and me so I halved the recipe. It came out better than ANYTHING that I had ever bought, been given. Now I am making it everyday, cause I will not by store bread ever again if I can help it. I don't know if its because of the new way I knead it, stretching instead of just rolling. but its the best. the Amish know their stuff

Oatmeal Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2009
I liked it because I was kind of shy in the cupboard but I had all these ingred.s, the only thing I did different was I used real garlic, I was out of powder, Marinated with it and butter like the earlier review and only thing I would change is a little less chili powder and not over do it on the coating because it is a little dry and if there's to much it doesn't blend together well.

Simple Beef Flavored Gravy

Reviewed: May 10, 2009
my husband raved about it, i took the advise and made it in order with the half butter and onion then the other half then the flour and then water and bullion, next time i may use less flour, it was a little thick for me, but my husband said it was fine. but i have always been a little funny about gravy, so thinner for me would be my taste, it was soooo delicious

I love this recipe, they have it on the menu at our favorite B.B.Q. house. I do add cubes toast pieces to the cheese topping. If you try this recipe you will really like it, even if you don't like spinach.

Beef Tenderloin With Roasted Shallots

Excellent! This is truly delicious as written. With the price of tenderloin it pays to choose a recipe carefully. This one should not disappoint. We happen to like meat a little more done so we cook it a bit longer but that is purely personal preference.
