Grandma's Gingersnaps

My husband just loves these cookies! I find that the best results is to bake for ten and a half minutes, six cookies to a tray, for the right amount of crispness. Again, excellent!

Creole Seasoning Blend

Wonderful blend. Used it in Caroline's "Authenic Louisana Red Beans and Rice" found on this site and it turned out terrific. This is a keeper.
