Mom's Zucchini Bread

Very good. I've had so much Zucchini that I didn't know what to do with and I was starting to get bored with other recipes. It was very moist.

California Roll Salad

Reviewed on Aug. 24, 2009 by TIKATANIS
I really enjoyed this recipe and it did tast like a California roll, but I preferred it with more rice and an extra dollop of soy sauce just before I ate it. (since I like to dunk my roll in soy sauce before eating)

Asian-Glazed 'Melt-in-Your-Mouth' Pork Tenderloin

Reviewed on Aug. 24, 2009 by TIKATANIS
This was great. I didn't have hoisen sauce but I used a spicy schezuan sauce and it still tasted great. I put some of the sauce on before grilling and kept adding sauce as it was cooking. Didn't need any extra sauce on top
