BBQ Pork for Sandwiches

Reviewed on May 26, 2009 by lalynnhussey
Everybody gobbled this up. I used my hands to shread the pork, b/c it cooled to much. It was easier that way. Used Sweet Baby Ray's. Can't wait to make again.

Kielbasa with Peppers and Potatoes

Reviewed on May 25, 2009 by lalynnhussey
I really liked this. I steamed some red potatoes in the microwave and while they were cooking, I cooked some peppers and onions in some butter. Took them out, and browned my kielbasa. Took that out, and browned my potatoes and added everything back together. I thought the potatoes were perfectly creamy but crisp from being browned. DELISH!
