Chocolate Chex® Caramel Crunch

Very good, but I made extra topping to pour over. Make sure you do stir when all is in microwave, I didn't do it, and some are burnt tasting.

Pizza Pinwheels

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2009
I made these today after seeing the picture. My 7 year old and hubby both loved them. So easy to make just took half the crescent rolls flaten them out covered them with 3 slices of mozzarella chesse then topped it with the pepperoni rolled it up sliced it into 8 slices and bake. Once you get them rolling up it was nothing to it. Will keep this one for sure and make often. Would be great for carry ins or showers. Then again tailgate parties would also be a great place to serve them. Thanks again for a quick and easy recipe.

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

Reviewed: Oct. 20, 2009
My sister took me out to a authentic Indian restaurant where I tasted Butter Chicken for the first time. I followed this recipe as close as possible, but because I live in Hick Town USA I couldn't find ginger garlic paste so I substituted 1/2 a Tablespoon each of fresh ginger and minced garlic. The dish came out very close to the authentic dish I had at the Indian restaurant. I even made my own Naan to eat with it - since no one here in Hicksville ever heard of Naan. Delicious!

Indian Carrots, Peas and Potatoes

Great receipe. I made it to go with baked chicken wings and it was a big hit. Unfortunately I didn't have any carrots in the house so I substituted frozen corn. It actually worked well. Everyone who ate it wanted to know how I found this receipe. Thanks for sharing with us.

Cornell Chicken Marinade

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2009
Yes, you may think it's a bit vinegary tasting - that's what makes the chicken moist and juicy. Try using sea salt - better for you and not as salty tasting. (by all means cut down on the total amount) I remember when our church made it for a fund raiser they rubbed salt in the cavities of the chicken and cooked it over hot coals which were much lower than you would normally cook meat on - I think that's the ticket to a moist and not charred chicken! YUM YUM - a taste of upstate NY! Try Spedies next..you'll love em!

Best Bread Machine Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 7, 2009
When my 6 year old eats half the loaf I have to give it 5 stars. I did follow the advise of others and added 1.5 tea salt. It is the best bread recipe I have found and I have been cooking bread for 15 years. Soft with a flaky crust just like they said. Thank you Diggetydog so much.

Very good recipe!! I left out the green pepper as I did not have any. I used green onions rather than regular onions and added a few cloves of fresh minced garlic.

This was great. I made it to go with a light lunch of left over chicken wings. The flavors were outstanding. My sister who is a very picky eater really enjoyed it. Will definitely make this again and again. PS. I did not change a thing, it is oooooh to good in the original recipe.

Boston Baked Beans

These are better than the recipe that is kept a secret by the dog. The only thing I can say is that it takes two hours for the beans to get tender and I did what someone else did and doubled the sauce. They were a big hit. Thanks so much no more buying baked beans in this house.
