Braised Balsamic Chicken

Way too much vinegar! No one really liked it here. Will never make again. I just don't understand why nearly 700 people love this recipe. We had to drink a bottle of wine to get it down!

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)

What a great way to get some fiber in! The cake is rich and grainy - very dense - like a brownie. There is no way you can taste the chickpeas in it - I fooled everyone here! They gobbled it up like vultures!

Quick Biscuits

Reviewed on Mar. 29, 2008 by JANIE12
Great recipe! I was sceptical to start with. After all, using no oil sounded "scary". I used buttermilk with 2 tbls. sugar..Mixed with my hand until nice and creamy and soft, then hand rolled them, just like my grandmother use to do.They were delicious. Tasted like a mix between a roll and a biscuit. Thanks for sharing such a wonderfully easy recipe. This will be the recipe that I use from now on.
