Chocolate Chex® Caramel Crunch

Very good, but I made extra topping to pour over. Make sure you do stir when all is in microwave, I didn't do it, and some are burnt tasting.

Pizza Pinwheels

Reviewed on Dec. 1, 2009 by VICKSEXT
I made these today after seeing the picture. My 7 year old and hubby both loved them. So easy to make just took half the crescent rolls flaten them out covered them with 3 slices of mozzarella chesse then topped it with the pepperoni rolled it up sliced it into 8 slices and bake. Once you get them rolling up it was nothing to it. Will keep this one for sure and make often. Would be great for carry ins or showers. Then again tailgate parties would also be a great place to serve them. Thanks again for a quick and easy recipe.

Chicken Makhani (Indian Butter Chicken)

Reviewed on Oct. 20, 2009 by Ewa Lamb
My sister took me out to a authentic Indian restaurant where I tasted Butter Chicken for the first time. I followed this recipe as close as possible, but because I live in Hick Town USA I couldn't find ginger garlic paste so I substituted 1/2 a Tablespoon each of fresh ginger and minced garlic. The dish came out very close to the authentic dish I had at the Indian restaurant. I even made my own Naan to eat with it - since no one here in Hicksville ever heard of Naan. Delicious!
