Garlic Cheddar Chicken

I added garlic powder to the mix and used Italian bread crumbs. Very good! Did broil for the last 5 minutes, but started to burn so will only broil for maybe 3 next time.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

Excellent! I added cumin and olive oil to the sauce and let it marinate. I poured the marinade into the skillet with the chicken strips and let it cook on medium heat for about 20 minutes. I then added newly made sauce, which was everything I used for the marinade plus cilantro, and let it simmer on med-low heat for about 10-15 min longer.

Taqueria Style Tacos - Carne Asada

Cafeteria Macaroni and Cheese

I made this recipe and used 3/4 cup half and half and 3/4 cup milk. I omitted the hot sauce and substituted Ritz crackers for the bread crumbs and added them to the top of the mac and cheese closer to the end of the baking time. It was really good. I will definitely make this again.

Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken

This is a fantastic recipe! The best chicken we have ever eaten! I took some of the suggestions and added roasted red peppers, and fresh garlic to the filling. I also put some olive oil in the baking dish and sprinkled parmesan cheese on top. I left out the dill and baked for 40 minutes. We absolutely loved this!!!
