Baked Ziti I

Reviewed on jun. 15, 2009 by katiemck
I was a little nervous about this recipe due to the lack of ricotta and bc I didn't like the spaghetti sauce I bought that much. BUT, it turned out DELICIOUS! I took other reviewers advice and mixed the ziti with the meat sauce instead of layering. That worked well, I think, to keep the noodles moist.

Aunt Teen's Creamy Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed on dec. 30, 2008 by Loraine Hensel
WOW, this fudge was so easy and tasted amazing. I cooked it without using a thermometer and it still turned out fantastic. I let the chocolate boil for about 7 minutes before pouring it into the pan. Also cooking on a lower/medium temperature is very important for maintaining a smooth, creamy consitency. Made it for my German family who had never eaten fudge before. It was such a hit! I did use more darker chocolate than the lighter, and reduced the sugar just a bit. This was such a lovely recipe, I will be making it again and again :) Thanks from Freudenberg, Germany

Basic Microwave Risotto

Reviewed on aug. 20, 2008 by katiemck
Like everyone has said, this isn't real risotto. But whatever it is, it's delicious! The only thing I added to the recipe was salt & pepper and a bit of heavy cream at the end like another reviewer suggested. This recipe is super easy and very flavorful. I will definitely be making it again.
