Quick and Easy Brownies

I made these a couple of weeks ago as the recipe directed and made them again today, reducing the flour as previous reviewers suggested. I personally prefer the recipe with the reduced flour. Either way, they were absolutely fabulous!

Quick Chicken Divan

We tried this recipe last night and it was FANTASTIC! I cut the recipe in half and added some chopped red pepper and minced garlic to the pan I cooked the chicken in for a few minutes. I also used cream to thin the soup, topped with the shredded cheese and added bread crumbs on top of everything. I will definitely be making this again.

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

This is my favorite recipe to use for brussels sprouts. The roasting really brings out the flavor of the sprouts. Even our youngest son, who doesn't usually eat green vegetables, loves this dish.

Puffed Cauliflower Cheese

I have made this recipe a couple of times and our children absolutely love it. This is one dish that never has any leftovers. The only change I make is to add garlic to suit our tastes as we are garlic lovers. Delicious!!

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

Wow, this made me toss my grandmother's meatloaf recipe! This was by far the easiest, moistest, and most flavorful meatloaf I have ever had. I used 2lbs of ground beef and 1/2 cup ketchup and then everything else as written. We have a new family favorite!

Bob's BBQ Sauce

Famous Restaurant Alfredo Sauce

This was a good start. I added 1 cup of parmesean cheese and upped the half and half to a cup and cut the cream cheese to 1/2 cup. A little fresh garlic and this was delicious!

Lemon Snowflake Cookies

This recipe is super! It makes really pretty cookies that taste great. It is sort of messy, but that makes it extra fun for kids (or the kid in all of us). You can whip up a batch in under 30 minutes and have dessert ready at a moment's notice.
